WINERY PROFILE: FINCA VALLDOSERA
More than 30 years making wines in the Garraf
Enric Valldosera decided in the year 1980 to create his own wines and cavas, starting from the singularity that his vineyards offered.
The winery is located in one of the oldest farmhouses in Penedes (XV century), in the municipality of Olérdola. In an environment of great landscape value, where the cultivation of the vine is interspersed with lush forests.
In 2000, a new stage began at Finca Valldosera, a new philosophy and a new concept in the production of wines. The bet revolves around the production of quality wines and with the typicality of Massís del Garraf. To this end, the autochthonous varieties are enhanced, each of the "terrers" that make up the Finca being separately vinified, in order to obtain wines with personality, that store and show the uniqueness of our vineyard and the terroir of Massís del Garraf.
At the moment the farmhouse is rehabilitated and equipped to elaborate wines and cavas sharing the tradition and the most modern oenological techniques.
FINCA VALLDOSERA has the Quality System Certificate according to UNE EN ISO 9001: 2008, for the activity of "Elaboration, Aging and Marketing of wines and champagnes of our vineyards" issued by TÜV Rheinland Ibérica Inspection, Certification & Testing S.A.
