 Making time work for us


We are the fifth generation of a family from Sant Sadurní d’Anoia with a tradition in cava-making since 1897. Drawing on our experience, we make versatile and fine brut nature cavas based on the unique Xarel·lo variety in a traditional coupage with Macabeo and Parellada.


We work patiently over time to obtain long-aged sparkling wines with vinosity and their own distinct character. Following a sustainable approach towards our environment, we make use of organic farming in all our cavas.


Experimentation is at the heart of our range of microtiratges. These are small batches of unique and innovative cavas made from selected coupages of exceptional vintages. They are ephemeral and unrepeatable and we trust that they will satisfy the desire of sparkling wine lovers wishing to discover very personal cavas.
