WINERY PROFILE: CELLER VERMUNVER
The Celler Vermunver is a small family business of Marçà, in the D.O. Montsant. The winery is formed by some members of the Vernet - Muntané family that in 2004 turned towards the idea of creating own wine.
All the vineyards are located in the municipality of Marçà, south of the Priorato region. They are distributed in different parts, all with different orientations. The soil is slightly calcareous. In total we have 23 hectares of vineyard. The varieties are mainly Garnacha and Cariñena native to the area, with strains between 70 and 80 years, with foot of "Lot".
