Wines and experiences of height

The vintages of the area are late, late September to mid October, due to the height that we are above sea level. In some years we have even come to harvest with some early snowfall. All our products are ecological with their corresponding certification.

We decided the harvest days depending on each variety looking for the optimum harvest time, and therefore the best organoleptic qualities.

For our wines and cavas the harvest is manual so grape will not be spoiled.

Both the time and the way of collection are done to get and maintain the typical of the área, transmitted and packaged in our wines and cavas.

Once the grape arrives in the cellar, we treat it quickly with carbonic ice to cool it and avoid fermentation before its time. We make light presses to take advantage of only the must flower.

All this process is consistent with our philosophy of wishing that when you open one of our bottles, you will experience the area +500 with all your senses.
